How we make the Perfect Pot:
we make each pot of Tea with spring water (I learned this from my mum, who used spring water in everything, even to make ice cubes!) and a generous amount of leaves.
But most importantly, we remove the leaves
at the proper time, before the pot is delivered to your table.
