Fancy That is located in Walpole, MA, an idyllic town just south of Boston, named after Sir Robert Walpole, the first Prime Minister of Great Britain.  We are a vibrant Tea House serving Afternoon Tea by reservation to guests ages twelve and older.  Inspired by my affinity for Victorian England and love of all things pink, it is lovingly run by me, Sarah, along with the help of my very obliging hubby- otherwise known as the "Tea Guy",  out of a quaint little bungalow style house that we also call our home. We believe there is very little that Tea and cake cannot make better—whether you’re soothing what ails you, celebrating a happy occasion, or simply treating yourself for no particular reason at all. That is why we are delighted to share the experience of Afternoon Tea with you.

It’s true that we have an abundant following on social media, and thanks to our wonderfully loyal guests, Tripadvisor ranks us as the #1 restaurant in Walpole. Yet at heart, Fancy That remains a small, family-run Tea House. We are passionate about what we do and completely devoted to making your Tea experience as special as possible.
