Friends, we’ll send you a message as soon as your order is ready — thank you for waiting to hear from us before heading over.  Pick-ups take place inside the tea house;  

we do not currently offer curbside service.  

If you have a special circumstance that makes it difficult to come in, just reach out before placing your order — we’re always happy to help, when possible. 

Most pick-up orders are ready within 24 hours, and most mail orders ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on our closed days may take a little longer.
