• we are unable to combine tables; pls do not make multiple bookings for the same day/time.  Book online for ptys of 1-4.  Reach out for info re reserving one of our little private rooms (ptys 1-3) or for parties greater than 4.

• Age:  our minimum age of 12 applies to newborns, infants, toddlers.  See our recs for Tea with infants and/or children.

• Changes & Cancellations: Pls review our policies.

• Duration:  Tea is a 90-minute experience that begins and ends on time.  Pls arrive 15 minutes in advance with your full party present.

• Food:  Allergies / Restrictions:  same-day changes cannot be made to the menu; before booking, pls understand our policies re food allergies, restrictions, menu substitutions and check with your party in advance. Pls note, we no longer off gluten-free.

• Pls no outside food, cake or alcohol.

​​

• Payment:  A single payment method for your table, pls (i.e. one card).  Prefer to split the bill? Pre-pay online and enjoy a discount as a thank-you!​
