• Accessibility:  the building is not wheelchair accessible - see our accessibility info.

• Age: our minimum age of 12 applies to anyone not at least 12 years of age, i.e., newborns, infants, toddlers.

• Cancellation/Changes: 

  • complete cancellation: 48 hours notice required, 7 days appreciated;

  • reduction in pty size:  12 hours notice required; 24 hours notice appreciated.

• Duration:  sittings are 90 minutes.  Tea service begins and ends on time; your party should be complete 15 minutes in advance.  Significantly late arrival is not accommodated. 

• Food:  a request for changes to the monthly menu (such as requesting vegetarian) requires 3 business days' notice; pls indicate any restrictions when you book.  same-day substitutions cannot be made. Pls do not arrive for your rez asking for a menu change, as we really do not want to disappoint.  For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate severe food allergies or celiac. We can prepare GF but cross contamination is likely.  We do not offer DF or vegan.  Pls no outside food, cake, alcohol.

• Health:  guests who are feeling unwell for any reason should pls stay home.

• ​Seating:  we are unable to take requests for specific tables.
